Whether you are familiar or new, we are extremely lucky to have your unique talents be a part of the Exodus Company. We want you to feel valued while here with us and have created this handbook to answer any questions you may have regarding working with Exodus! 

We are an ecosystem that is ebbing and flowing at all times. To be a part of this company means to be elastic and malleable. We are a fairly new company that has been working together for nearly 5 years. In these five years we have expanded beyond our wildest dreams and we will continue to keep going. That also means we are still learning. We are not your traditional theater company. 

The policies contained in this handbook are intended to let you know a little more about us as a company, guide you through expectations & standards the company has and help you be successful in the role you will play here with us. Let it be your go-to guide when you have any questions.
