Stage Manager

A Stage Manager is the essential point person of communication between every Company, Staff and Ensemble Member, ensuring that all people and things–prop, tech, and food and beverage items–are in the right place at any given time. Core responsibilities include sending out Daily and Weekly Calls to the entire company, processing returns, leading prop and tech load-ins at new venues, maintaining communication with Exodus’ collaborators and exterior organizations, and supervising rehearsals and performances by keeping track of call times and breaks. The Stage Manager upholds Exodus’ values by collaborating with their team to solve any problems/challenges that may arise.

Company Members

A Company Member performs various acting roles throughout the duration of the annual performance period, which typically lasts from May through November. They are extraordinary actors who engage in performances, rehearsals, special events and projects, and in various administrative roles, contributing creatively across departments and playing primary roles, doubles, and understudies across Exodus’ repertoire. They are pivotal in the execution of current productions. They uphold the ensemble's values onstage and off, embracing a culture of radical collaboration, flexibility, adaptability, and direct communication.
