HAMLET
HAMLET TAKES YOU ON A HAUNTING DESCENT INTO THE FRACTURED MIND OF A GRIEVING DAUGHTER, UNRAVELING THE CLASSIC SHAKESPEARE TRAGEDY INSIDE THE WALLS OF A CONTEMPORARY PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER.
SET WITHIN THE CENTER OF CONTEMPORARY ARTS GALLERY SPACE IN SANTA FE, THIS EXPERIENCE USES EVERY CORNER, HALLWAY, AND BACK ROOM TO IMMERSIVE 17 AUDIENCE MEMBERS INSIDE THE MIND PALACE OF HAMLET, AN OFFBEAT COLLEGE STUDENT RETURNING HOME AFTER HER FATHER’S MYSTERIOUS DEATH.
“BY FREEING ITSELF FROM SHAKESPEAREAN REQUIREMENTS… IT REINSTALLS A SENSE OF DREAD AND PSYCHOLOGICAL MYSTERY… I WAS ON THE EDGE OF MY CHAIR MOST OF THE TIME”
